Objectives:
- production of doubled haploids (DH) by the use of isolated microspore culture of oilseed plants from genus Brassica and linseed and white mustard,
- development of doubled haploid populations of winter oilseed rape for different breeding programs and genetic studies as:
- CMS ogura hybridization system – restorer lines, - search for molecular markers associated with particular fatty acid, - creation of genetic map using molecular markers linked to quality traits of seeds,
- increase of genetic variability of winter oilseed rape by the use of biotechnological methods:
- introduction of foreign genes into haploid cells by the use of cocultivation of androgenic embryos with Agrobacterium tumefaciens, - development of doubled haploids from transformed microspore-derived embryos.
